EMMANUEL LUTHERAN GLOBAL SEMINARY: Forming Pastors Locally & Globally Emmanuel Lutheran Global Seminary is an innovative seminary specifically developed to prepare next-career pastors for the Lutheran church. Key attributes of our program: Flexible, Competency-based, Mentor driven, Customized, Affordable, Relevant, Global multilingual cohorts and Assessments of learning. Our Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry programs integrate the collective wisdom and practical experience of local congregations and their pastors into the formation and equipping of future church leadership. Every educational journey is uniquely tailored. Seminarians collaborate closely with their Mentor Teams to craft personalized learning pathways that honor their past experiences, discern their calling, and ensure mastery of essential program outcomes. Program outcomes emphasize three areas: Content: Acquiring essential knowledge, information, and wisdom. Character: Reflecting meaningful personal transformation in thought, behavior, and spiritual posture. Craft: Demonstrating practical ministry skills and effective engagement within their community. Our degrees are conferred by Kairos University, under our Integrated Partnership collaboration. Each of our Faculty Mentors are Kairos Affiliated Faculty. Kairos University is accredited by the Association of Theological Schools in the US.
