About Emotional Enlightenment Foundation Trust

The Emotional Enlightenment Foundation (EEF Trust) is a registered non-profit committed to advancing mental health and emotional well-being across diverse communities. We envision a society where mental health care is accessible, stigma-free, and rooted in compassion and understanding. Our work spans counseling services, workshops, awareness campaigns, and community programs designed to equip individuals with tools to build resilience, manage stress, and foster meaningful relationships. With a strong focus on youth and adolescents, we deliver structured programs that address challenges like academic stress, emotional instability, and peer pressures while empowering them with life skills and coping strategies. We also provide corporate mental health services, including workplace counseling and psychometric assessments, enabling organizations to prioritize employee well-being and enhance productivity. Transparency and credibility are at the core of our operations. EEF is a CSR-registered NGO with Darpan, 12A & 80G certification, audited financials, and documented annual activities, ensuring accountability and trust for our partners, donors, and beneficiaries. Through research initiatives and policy advocacy, we aim to influence systemic change, making mental health care not only more accessible but also more widely understood. Every program we undertake is driven by our mission to create environments where people feel supported, valued, and empowered to lead fulfilling lives. Join us in shaping a future where mental health is a priority, not an afterthought. Together, we can break the silence, reduce stigma, and build healthier communities.
