About Employia

We help VC-backed startups and scaleups hire the engineers and operators who build category-defining companies in the US, Europe & India. We work with companies backed by leading venture firms including Founders Fund, Sequoia, a16z, and YC. Roles we fill: • Founding Engineers • Forward Deployed Engineers • AI / ML Engineers • Founding GTM hires • Chief of Staff We source through founder networks, private operator communities, and alumni networks from companies like FAANG and leading AI startups. Most of the candidates we introduce are not actively job hunting. They move when the mission and team are right. We work with a small number of companies at a time so we can go deep on each search. If you're building something ambitious, let's talk.
