Since inception in 2004, EmPower Research has executed large, multi-year projects leveraging its global team of researchers and industry specialists. In 2010, EmPower Research was ranked #762 in the Inc. Magazine’s 5000 fastest growing small companies in America. We were also named by NASSCOM as one of the 50 emerging companies in India in 2009. In September 2011, Genpact, a global leader in business process and technology management signed a definitive agreement to acquire EmPower Research. The acquisition was aimed to further strengthen Genpacts'​ Smart Decision Services business.
