Empowered RX | Trauma-Informed Health Coaching for Women Empowered RX is a specialized health coaching organization committed to helping women overcome chronic health struggles, disordered eating, body image challenges, and more. Our Mission: To provide trauma-informed, collaborative, and evidence-based coaching that bridges the gap between clinical care and long-term wellness. We aim to redefine deep health by focusing on behavior change, resilience, and autonomy, free from the influence of diet culture.
