About Empowering Auto

Empowering Auto is on a mission to recruit, retain and empower women of the automotive industry. The pursuit of advancement and recognition of women at all levels, in all areas of the automotive industry. Empowering Auto is a federally registered not-for-profit organization. Empowering Auto raises profiles of women in auto, and creates networking and mentoring opportunities in order to help recruit and retain both women and their allies to the automotive industry. This is accomplished through the annual flagship conference and micro events that bring people together and foster dialogue in authentic and supportive ways. Empowering Auto Conference has humble beginnings. It started in 2019 at a half-day breakfast conference hosted by an employee resource group, named “Empowerment,” The intent was always to be an annual, growing conference with the entire industry.
