At Empress, we partner with organisations that work with both the NDIS and the Justice system in Victoria. We have several SIL programs that support complex and justice related cases around Melbourne (West & North-West). We also have specialised high intensity support that are supported by a GP, and registered nursing. We have our platform that gives daily updates about medications and client care and supports. We provide support to participants with forensic disability, behaviours of concern, AOD history and significant psychosocial needs. Our work focuses on stabilisation, safety, and building support models that hold under pressure — clinically, operationally and financially. What we do • Complex Support Programs (Justice & Forensic Disability): risk planning, safety frameworks, structured routines, evidence-based practice. • Supported Independent Living (SIL): high-risk 24/7 models, sleepover & active nights, high-intensity supports. • SDA Partnerships (Robust/HPS): aligning housing + support for participants with complex behaviours. • Corrections, Hospital & Crisis Transitions: rapid response onboarding and stabilisation with DJCS, hospitals and SSCs. • High-Intensity Community Access: structured participation with clear behaviour and risk controls.
