About Encanta Counselling and Wellness

At Encanta, we’re a team of sex-positive, queer-affirming, and trauma-focused therapists dedicated to helping you create a life you truly love. Whether you’re an individual, part of a couple, a polycule, or a senior, we offer compassionate therapy tailored to your unique journey. Serving clients in Cambridge and across Ontario, we bring therapy to you - whether from our cozy office or the comfort and privacy of your home, work, or another safe space. Our flexible scheduling options mean you can connect with a therapist who fits your life. Driven by the belief that everyone deserves the care we wished we had when we were younger, we’re passionate about supporting you to rediscover meaning and passion. Our therapists draw from diverse modalities like Sex Therapy, DBT, IFS, EMDR, and EFT to meet you where you are with expertise and empathy. Our mission is simple: helping individuals cultivate lives filled with passion and meaningful relationships - with themselves and others. At Encanta, your healing and growth are at the heart of everything we do.
