ENCO is a membership and non-profit making organization established in the year 2013 and registered as a non-governmental organization on 16th December 2014 by a Maasai’s native lady. ENCO is dedicated towards improving the livelihoods and well-being of vulnerable women and children of rural Maasai communities through health, education, environmental conservation, and economic empowerment programs. ENCO operates in Arusha region of Tanzania, particularly in Monduli, Ngorongoro and Longido districts. Through its programs, the organization has positively impacted the lives of nearly 8000 Maasai people
