With our extensive market knowledge and contacts, we know who to speak to, when to speak to them and how to pitch to convert opportunities into sales For Industry we work with Train Operators, Owning Groups, Freight Operators, Government Departments, Devolved Authorities, Local Councils to offer: - Strategy (Fleet Strategy, Finance Strategy, Procurement, Enhancment including Decarbonisation and Business Case Development) - Technical (Due Diligence and Technical Specification writing) - Stakeholders (Public Relations, Customer Retention, Communications and Stakeholder Management) Procurement (everything from concept through to contract and mobilisation activities) Deal Closure (Contract Negotiations, Contract Drafting and Board Approvals) We work with a number of specialist associates to deliver 'concept to contract' services, in the Rolling Stock sector.
