About Enriching Partnerships for Early Learning
Enriching Partnerships for Early Learning (EPEL) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit early childhood community collaboration. We partner with cross-sector organizations to amplify the impact of local initiatives that prepare children for school and life. By integrating the expertise and resources of our partners, EPEL leads the development of a unified community strategy for early childhood and serves as the backbone organization for The Basics Greater Elgin, coordinating partners to bring brain-building practices to families across the community. As the community's central hub for early childhood resources, EPEL provides information on early learning, high-quality childcare options, and community resources for families with children aged five and under.
