About Enright-McPherran Professional Consulting

That name Enright-McPherran is important because it is central part of our core values of being "Right" and "Fair" as a play on our names. "Right" meaning when the future of your company depends on pushing in the right direction and resolving the most critical issues then we are your clear choice. "Fair" meaning we are fair with all our clients which is something we should expect from all consulting firms but that is not a safe assumption in today's business world. We want the primary source of our business to be from referrals and, for that to happen, we must act with integrity and clarity driving towards your goals while charging a fair rate. Business Intelligence Solutions: We develop everything from simple scripts automating data gathering tasks to complex BI models with sophisticated metrics. We evolve your company’s resources getting more value out of their efforts without overworking them. Inventory Management: We build Inventory Management models and reporting identifying target levels based on key profitability metrics at all hierarchy levels and inventory categories. Provide guidance on report utilization to keep inventory levels in a healthy range. Revenue/Financial Forecasting: Create and maintain Revenue budgets and forecasts tied to Financials storing updates across the organization’s users and systems for timely adjustments based on plan exceptions. Profitability Modeling: We write profitability models for Homebuilding, Law Firm and Retail/Wholesale companies built from the lowest level to summarized company totals making it easy to determine profitability Starting a business like this is not easy because of the difficulty getting your name out. Any help that you can offer to get our name out there is very much appreciated and will not be forgotten.
