About Entyre Care

As an RN Supervisor, you are the clinical backbone of that model, you assess clients in their homes, build their plans of care, and train and mentor their caregivers. This is hands-on, in-the-field nursing with real autonomy. You will report to the Program Director and help shape how a growing agency delivers care. This role serves as the operational bridge between members, family caregivers, managed care organizations, and Entyre’s internal teams to ensure a seamless and compliant care experience.
