About Environmental Leadership Programme (ELP2)

The Environmental Leadership Programme offers 18-25 year-olds in the West Midlands the chance to gain transferable skills, network, learn about nature connection and develop real-world expertise and confidence. It’s a free, nine-month programme working with Shropshire Wildlife Trust, The Wildlife Trusts nationally, and education providers across the sector. We’re funded by the Climate Action Fund to deliver across the West Midlands. Part of our ongoing remit is to share our learnings and evaluation across the environmental and youth leadership spaces. We are here to connect with emerging leaders, grassroots organisations, teaching institutions and research bodies.
