ENY LAW FIRM, located in Thessaloniki, Greece, is a Law Firm established in 2014 by Mrs. Evangelia Arvaniti, Attorney at Law, while subsequently and around the beginning of the year 2015 Mrs. Ioanna Stathi, Attorney at Law, entered the law firm as a co-partner. Both partners are registered at the Thessaloniki Bar Association and are highly experienced in the sectors of Administrative and Public Contracts Law, in all sectors of Civil and Property Law, Expropriation Law, Companies and Transactions Law, as well as in the provision of legal advice and support to Private Entities, during tendering procedures for the assignment and execution of large public contracts related to demanding energy and cadastral projects, in compliance with EBRD and IFC principles and Performance Requirements. ENY is registered in the Register of Companies of the Thessaloniki Bar Association, with Mrs. Evangelia Arvaniti as the Managing Partner and has its headquarters in Thessaloniki at 21, 25th Martiou Street running also a branch in Athens, at 122 Vasilissis Sofias Avenue. ENY is extremely experienced in providing legal advisory services to Large Clients (public and private entities) for the orderly, rapid and efficient implementation of their projects, ensuring the legality of the required actions both preventively (a priori) and repressive (a posteriori) and their compliance with the provisions of all applicable national, community and international legislation.
