We specialize in facade restoration, roof replacement, parking structure rehabilitation, and NYC regulatory compliance, including FISP (Local Law 11) and Local Law 126 inspections. Serving as Engineer of Record, EOC team supports projects from initial condition assessment and forensic investigations through design, permitting, contractor procurement, construction administration, and closeout. Our long-term involvement with many properties allows us to deliver solutions aligned with each building's maintenance strategy and capital planning goals.
