EPC Environmental Consultancy is certified by the Romanian Environmental Association to carry out all required environmental studies for infrastructure projects, including Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), Appropriate Assessments (AA), Climate Change Vulnerability and Risk Assessments, Air Quality Studies, Noise Pollution Studies, and Biodiversity Monitoring. We are also certified by the Ministry of Environment to perform Water Framework Directive (WFD) Assessments. With a multidisciplinary team of environmental experts, engineers, and policy specialists, EPC delivers integrated solutions for complex and large-scale projects across Romania. We have led the development of new national methodological guidelines for Appropriate Assessments, replacing outdated standards from 2010 and 2020. Our work with the National Environmental Protection Agency (ANPM) includes national training programs and expert working groups, helping to strengthen institutional capacity for environmental impact assessment in Romania.
