Our transactional practice aims to provide a full service experience to our business clients, assisting with tax, estate planning, immigration and contract negotiations. Built with a business perspective always in mind – the founder has an MBA in finance, we have represented various smaller publicly-traded companies, privately-held businesses, and individuals in a variety of issues. In litigation, we have experience in representing clients before the courts at the state, federal, and appellate level, as well as in the executive branch tax courts.
