Epitome Management Sàrl is the General Partner and manager of the Epitome Secured Film Fund (ESFF, SLP), a Luxembourg alternative credit vehicle dedicated to asset-backed film financing. We focus on structuring, managing, and overseeing transactions where investor capital is protected by a multi-layered security package: • Pre-sold distribution contracts with major streamers and buyers • Completion bonds to guarantee delivery of the film • Insurance coverage mitigating production and default risks Our role is to apply specialty-finance discipline to an industry often seen as high-risk, ensuring robust governance, transparent reporting, and strict compliance with Luxembourg regulation, MiFID II, and CSSF standards. Through independent administration, audit, and investor oversight committees, Epitome Management provides a secure and transparent framework for qualified allocators – from family offices to institutional investors – to access structured film financing. 📌 Our mission: To manage innovative alternative credit strategies with an uncompromising focus on governance, protection, and alignment of interests.
