How we do it: Technology is our business, but we know it is not everybody’s, so we work hard to make powerful solutions that are simple-to-use to help our clients maximise their performance. Supporting both the hospitality and charity retail sectors, our products adapt easily to different organisations and can deliver results in just a few weeks. We focus on constant innovation and unrivalled service; and with a 90% retention rate, our clients tell us we do it well. Who we are: We’ve created a perfect balance of people who understand technology, and people who understand people – that way we can listen to what clients need and offer the best solution. Founded in 2000 by brothers Nick and Chris Cowls, Eproductive has grown to employ around 40 people. We encourage them to think inventively and act with integrity. Our senior team members are leading experts in their fields with many years’ experience. We all originally came from either one of the sectors we specialise in – hospitality and charity retail – or from a senior Technology/Finance background. This combination ensures that every one of our people – and our technology – is fully aligned with our clients’ needs.
