Epsilon Energy Ltd. is a North American on-shore focused independent natural gas and oil company engaged in the acquisition, development, gathering and production of natural gas and oil reserves. Our areas of operation are the Marcellus basin in northeast Pennsylvania, the Permian Basin in Texas and New Mexico and the Anadarko basin in Oklahoma. Epsilon is also an owner of the Auburn Gas Gathering system in Rush Township, Pennsylvania which collects, processes, compresses and delivers natural gas into Tennessee Gas Pipeline. The common shares of the Corporation trade on the NASDAQ with the ticker symbol "EPSN".
