About Equality and Employment Law Centre

Equality and Employment Law Centre is a not-for-profit, specialist provider of employment law, discrimination and HR advice and services. We work with a range of organisations including charities and with individual clients who have limited access to justice. Based in Liverpool, we are the only legal aid funded company providing remote services across England and Wales. We also offer a wide range of services to private paying clients. We handle a range of claims and have brought thousands of successful employment claims since we were founded. We represent employees from many sectors, including staff that traditionally have little representation such as retail, hospitality and care work. We also handle discrimination claims against a range of employers at tribunals, as well as civil claims against organisations such as hospitals, banks, education providers, local authorities, transport providers and housing associations. At Equality and Employment Law we believe in supporting your right to be treated equally and in accordance with the Equality Act 2010. Equality and Employment Law are experts at winning financial compensation for clients through a settlement, and if necessary, through the Court system. At Equality and Employment Law Centre we also provide support to businesses whether that be Employment Law and HR advice, contracts of employment or any advice or assistance with general employee management issues.
