Our team integrates modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness-based therapy, psychoeducation, and solution-focused approaches. This allows us to help clients reduce overwhelm, strengthen emotional regulation, improve communication, and build practical systems that support everyday life. Beyond individual care, EquaMind supports families, organizations, schools, nonprofits, and communities. Through consulting, workshops, staff training and retreats, we partner with businesses and groups to create neurodivergent-friendly practices that benefit everyone.
