ERAS are a company that provide outsourced Human Resource and Employment Relations Support to both Employers and Employees who need advice, assistance and support with employment related matters. For Employers, ERAS are a complete and fully functioning outsourced HR/ER department, who guide businesses through the complexities of Human Resource and Employment Relations matters as their Business Partners. Employees contact ERAS directly when they have a query or issue at work that they require assistance with. As ERAS are affiliated to a recognised trade union and as such representatives of ERAS are able to provide accompaniment under the auspice of accredited trade union officials to individuals at formal work place meetings. This Employment Relations support extends to legal representation and advocacy within the Employment Tribunals. ERAS are regulated by the Ministry of Justice.
