About ERF DEV CO.

At ERF DEV CO., we specialise in turn-key solutions that cover every aspect from acquisition to handover. Our process begins with identifying the clients' needs, followed by sourcing the ideal location or building, tailored to the specific scope of the project. Founded by Matt Stevens and Neil Wieffering. Matt's extensive experience in hospitality provides a fresh perspective on creating spaces that prioritise user experience. His expertise in designing and managing diverse hospitality ventures allows us to incorporate elements that maximise enjoyment and utility, ensuring our developments not only attract but also engage users on multiple levels. On the other hand, Neil brings over 20 years of in-depth knowledge and a hands-on approach to property development. Having grown up in the industry, he possesses a robust understanding of various market sectors, from residential to commercial. His keen eye for detail and ability to creatively solve problems empower ERF DEV CO. to navigate the complexities of property development efficiently while ensuring each project achieves optimal value. Together, Matt and Neil’s synergy enhances our ability to identify and leverage opportunities within the Western Cape's dynamic property market, setting us apart from traditional developers. By combining Matt's innovative hospitality insights with Neil’s strategic property expertise, ERF DEV CO. creates unique, multifunctional spaces that not only meet the needs of today's markets but also anticipate the desires of future communities.
