Ergonomske rešitve | Ergos helps organizations design healthier seated work environments through a human-centered, system-based approach to ergonomics. Our work is based on a simple but often overlooked insight: even high-quality ergonomic furniture alone rarely solves problems related to prolonged sitting. In practice, discomfort and pain often persist due to a combination of posture habits, workspace setup, task organization, and daily routines. Ergonomics only works when these elements are addressed together, as part of a coherent system. We collaborate with companies and public institutions to: → assess seated work environments in real working conditions, → identify key risk factors related to posture, movement, and task design, → design practical ergonomic systems that support health, comfort, and long- term wellbeing, → reduce strain, discomfort, and work-related musculoskeletal problems. Our approach is supported by ergonomic solutions certified by the German Institute for Health and Ergonomics (IGR) and recognized by the Chamber of Commerce for innovation and contribution to healthier workplaces.
