I've always loved working with people, however early in my working career I struggled to understand how my deep emotions and direct communication impacted relationships. As a leader, I learned hard lessons. I burned bridges and hurt a lot of people. Eventually, I landed in a place of burn out -- not wanting to lead people anymore, so I left my job. It took a lot of time to recover. During those years, I was introduced to a leadership coach and it was incredibly transformational. He spoke truth into my life. He saw things in me that I could no longer see. He believed in me. He came alongside me and helped me get out of the hole I was in. I finally had hope and a vision for the future. I wanted to work with people again. I wanted to help leaders like myself. My experience drives the passion I have to work with leaders. Helping people understand themselves -- who they are, how they can grow into health, have better communication with the people in their world, and understand how they show up in times of stress and health -- is priceless. I'm passionate about coming alongside my clients and helping them reach their goals. I've spent time working in non-profit, small business and Corporate America and believe these diverse experiences allow me to connect with clients in greater depth of understanding.
