Orthomolecular medicine is the medicine of the future because it addresses health and disease in a comprehensive and personalized way, encompassing all aspects of a person's physical, mental, emotional, and environmental life, demonstrating its effectiveness in the prevention and recovery of patients. While traditional medicine is very effective for acute pathologies, orthomolecular medicine is effective in their prevention. This specialty, which has grown and continues to provide preventive and therapeutic measures for many diseases, has been in existence for more than 40 years. With the goal of disseminating and sharing this knowledge, I inaugurated the first Ibero-American School of Orthomolecular Medicine (EIMO) in the country, which offers a broad range of professional training through its digital platform, with live classes and conferencing.
