About ESI Group USA

ESI Group USA is a nationally recognized design-build engineering and construction management firm dedicated to smart building solutions. With headquarters in Hartland, Wisconsin and regional offices in Nebraska, Pennsylvania, and South Carolina, our company specializes in the food industry and is capable of delivering services nationwide. We design and build facilities for food processors, distributors and prepared food operations. This includes companies who work with meat, dairy and cheese, bakery, poultry, fruit, vegetable, organic, and beverage; as well as grocery, foodservice and cold storage. Our food industry experience and dedication have created standards, continuity and long-standing relationships – leading to success for both our clients and our company. ESI Group USA has expertise in low temperature refrigeration, controlled environments, FDA/USDA/SQF/BRC/AMI/AIB compliance and energy efficient design, which has earned ESI Group USA LEED Gold certification for food distribution facilities. Our highly-experienced team of Food Facility Specialists is accredited and consists of ESI Design Services and ESI Constructors. Together, they provide services including site search and evaluation, process layout, simulation and visualization, facility layout and design, material handling analysis and construction management. Our Single Source Approach provides better communication, faster completion of projects and lowers overall costs. This means clients always get our Guaranteed Maximum Price. These factors, combined with our distinguished safety record, have helped us achieve an 85 percent rate of repeat clients. At ESI Group USA, we take pride in our history, our work and our long-term client relationships. Our success is driven by serving our clients’ needs and by providing value to help build, manage, and grow their businesses.
