About Essence Group, LLC

Essence Group is an Indiana-based commercial electrical contractor serving businesses, developers, and general contractors across the state. Founded and led by husband and wife Lauren and David Stuck, Essence Group was built on the belief that quality electrical work and strong relationships go hand in hand. With over 25 years of combined experience in the electrical industry, David and Lauren bring both deep technical expertise and strong business leadership to every project. Together, they've built a company where integrity isn't a talking point. It's the foundation. Essence Group works across the full spectrum of commercial electrical services, including new construction, tenant build-outs, renovations, and ongoing service and maintenance. Whether partnering with a general contractor on a ground-up build or supporting a business through a renovation, Essence Group approaches every project with the same standard: do it right, communicate clearly, and stand behind the work. What sets Essence Group apart is consistency. Customers and partners know what to expect: experienced crews, reliable timelines, and a leadership team that is accessible and accountable from start to finish. That reputation has been earned one project at a time, and every new project is an opportunity to reinforce it.
