About Essential Automation Ltd.

Since our founding in 2005, Essential Automation has been a trusted partner for businesses seeking reliable solutions for their industrial automation needs. Initially specialising in the supply of obsolete industrial electronic components, we quickly established ourselves as a go-to resource for control equipment. Our journey of growth and innovation has been remarkable. In 2013, we incorporated as a Limited company and moved to larger premises, reflecting our commitment to scaling our operations. By 2014, we expanded our services to include software engineering and repairs for critical industrial components such as PLCs and HMIs. In 2017, we took another significant leap forward, offering a comprehensive in-house service covering control panel design, construction, programming, and installation. This holistic approach allowed us to cater to the evolving needs of our clients and fuelled further expansion, including a move to larger facilities. Today, our expertise spans key industries such as feed milling and crop processing, spiral freezers, and agricultural irrigation. These areas of specialisation allow us to deliver tailored automation solutions that enhance efficiency, precision, and productivity for our clients. As of 2024, Essential Automation continues to grow. With additional engineering talent and the acquisition of a second premises dedicated to our spare parts division, we’re well-equipped to meet the demands of the industries we serve. At Essential Automation, our mission is to provide excellence in industrial automation, blending technical expertise with a customer-first approach to empower businesses for the future.
