There’s a lot of music out there – our remit doesn’t preclude those who are signed, or who otherwise get radio play, but the one uniting factor is that it’s music that should be heard. Essentially Pop not only reports on all your old and new favourites, but features and promotes up and coming artists. Recently we have moved into reporting on films as well, with the same remit as that we have for music - films that deserve to be seen. Mostly independent, but not precluding "blockbusters".
