Estairra A Real Estate Project Management platform built by builders for builders. After years on-site dealing with WhatsApp overload, manual Excel timelines, and endless drawing revisions, I created Estairra to fix the daily chaos that delays projects and inflates costs. We give developers, engineers, and teams one secure platform to: - Map hierarchical tasks with automatic dependencies - Use AI to instantly update project timelines on completions/delays - Chat & markup issues directly on PDF drawings (architectural, MEP, fire, electrical) - Track manpower needs, materials, and attendance in real time - Provide role-based visibility: Super Admin (owner), Head Engineers, Juniors, Clients—and soon Consultants/Contractors/Vendors No more scattered tools or miscommunication. Just better control, fewer slips, and projects that finish closer to schedule. Currently web-based (mobile app coming soon).
