So, while death is a subject that many people don’t want to talk about, what we’re really discussing is sensible financial planning aimed at ensuring the wealth that you’ve worked hard to accumulate during your lifetime remains with your family, friends and loved ones after you’ve passed away. To support people wanting to achieve this, we provide a bespoke professional estate planning service, including advice concerning Wills, Trusts and Lasting Power of Attorney. We work with the public, support employers to take care of their employees, and work with experts in the financial sector, including accountants and IFAs, to help their clients take proactive steps to plan ahead. We’re a full member of the IPW and all our Consultants are associate members, whilst colleagues within our legal team are STEP members and hold Affiliate and Diploma-level accreditations.
