About ESTEP

ESTEP offers: 1) consulting on the EU related financing possibilities; 2) legal, economic and social analysis of public and private projects, preparation of project feasibility studies, applications and project related documentation (business plans, agreements, market research); 3) consulting on project management and monitoring, projects administration; 4) advisory on integrating interests of social communities, NGOs and private business entities, assistance to clients during project evaluation in Lithuanian and EU institutions, administration of projects financed from EU funds; 5) preparation of ex-ante, interim and ex-post evaluation of programmes financed from EU funds; 6) advisory on the EU regulatory regime.
