Ethica Group was founded by a group of friends, a team of solid professionals and a pool of entrepreneurs with important values in common. Based in Milan and backed by a group of professionals with more than 25 years of experience, Ethica Group is specialised in M&A Advisory, Debt Advisory, ECM Advisory and Equity Investments. With a team of more 50 professionals Ethica has successfully advised hundreds of transactions, enabling Ethica to enhance its specialist skills in a number of market sectors, including pharma, fashion, luxury, consumers goods, food&beverage and machinery/mechanics. Ethica Group assists its clients/partners in the following activities: - carrying out complex corporate finance transactions as disposals, mergers and acquisitions of shareholdings or companies - acquiring new ordinary, alternative and subsidised debt, as well as in the reorganisation of existing debt, both short-term and medium/long-term to support both organic growth and M&A -in listing paths on regulated and unregulated markets - supporting of development projects through direct investment in the risk capital of medium-sized Italian companies - investment decisions, asset protection and planning for business continuity Ethica is the italian member of Mergers Alliance, one of the leading extraordinary finance consulting companies worldwide, operating in the middle market since 2000.
