Ethnic Health Collective (EHC) is a politically independent consortium that aims to influence policy, strategy, and enhance investment in ethnic health. While we function as a traditional health think tank, employing research and data to influence decision-makers, what sets us apart is our strong roots in the community and the fact that we are community-led and driven. Our fundamental value proposition is building an ecosystem that supports our organisation and individual members working collaboratively to deliver health equity for ethnic communities. EHC does not position itself as a peak organisation for ethnic communities nor a service delivery organisation, instead, we are a knowledge-based organisation, and strive to be a hub of research, data, new ideas, dialogue, and learning to improve ethnic communities' health outcomes.
