makes an anodising of aluminium parts and its alloys in two anodizing lines. We operates the most modern, customer-oriented, automated line in Central Europe for processes, clear anodising, hard anodising, black anodising, anodising + PTFE, TCP passivation and pickling aluminum parts. Maximum part dimensions: 2100x1100x500. Our processes for anodising of aluminium: - clear anodising of Al parts -5-20um - hard anodising of Al parts -10-80 um - dyeing of anodised parts - black colour. - hard anodising of Al parts + impregnation PTFE(3-5um) - chemical conversion coating type II. by MIL5541. - chemical etching and pickling of Al parts. Europur is company also dealing with development and production of polyurethane tyres - used mainly for wheelchairs. EUROPUR is now the biggest producer of PUR tyres for wheelchairs in Europe with technical production capacity of 1 mil. of tyres per year. We produce many types of polyurethane tyres for wheelchairs: Construction of tyre: The tyres are microcellular polyurethane-based products with integral surface layer The microcellular polyurethane ensures adequate tyre softness similar to neumatic tyre and the integral layer ensures requirements for high abrasion resistance and adequate surface adhesion.
