About Evolis Properties

Evolis Properties | Shape your Space Evolis Properties was created in 2021 with a simple but meaningful purpose: to regenerate former textile buildings and give them a new life as flexible, modern spaces. What began with a few assets has steadily grown into a diverse portfolio of offices, warehouses, retail, and mixed-use sites across Mauritius. Our approach is guided by regeneration, adaptability, and sustainability. At Evolis, we believe that spaces are more than buildings. They are places where businesses grow, people connect, and communities evolve. Guided by our tagline, “Shape your Space,” we aim to create environments that adapt to the needs of today while preparing for the opportunities of tomorrow.
