About Excel Leadership, LLC

The two professionals behind Excel Leadership bring a unique and invaluable perspective on the inner workings of a school district. Dr. JoAnn Sternke and Brian Kammers met in May 2001, working together for Pewaukee School District in vital roles. JoAnn served as Superintendent for 16 years while Brian served on the Pewaukee Board of Education for 27 years, holding positions of Clerk, Treasurer, Vice President, and President. Together, they oversaw the transformation of Pewaukee to one of the top school districts in the state of Wisconsin, recognized at the national level.
