About Excellence Property Specialists

Vangelis is recognized as the most discrete and experienced point of contact for the finest properties in City Beach. Due to the wealth of experience and achievements through his 15 years of service in Real Estate, his professional opinion is broadly respected and his name is among those that are frequently invited by a list of media and publications like: the West Australian, Weekend West, Cambridge Post, WTV, Business News, World Radio, and more. In his earlier career and after his post graduate studies in Scotland, Vangelis was recognised for his in-depth knowledge of the premium market and his experience in the marketing of luxury goods. “Success stories” of global recognition through his marketing campaigns and the successful launches of some of the most exclusive car models, premium alcoholic beverages and luxurious consumer goods in various markets around the world, bear his signature. His experience in dealing with premium and exclusive products and high-net-worth individuals enables him to eliminate the element of price from the sales equation and to turn every property into a sought after and highly desirable “trophy” for the respective buyer! More than 25% of Vangelis’ property sales are coming through his exclusive network of foreign investors, expatriates, investment property funds and buyers’ agents nationally and internationally, while he constantly achieves the highest median selling price and the lowest number of days to sell, than any other local agent in City Beach. When listing with Vangelis, you can relax in the knowledge that you have chosen the real estate agent who can achieve for you above all others!
