About Excellence Youth Leadership of Ethiopia EYLE

EYLE cultivates Generation Hope: a cohort of visionary, ethical, empowered, resilient, and sustainable Ethiopian youth. This generation isn't just filled with hope; they "are" the hope for a brighter future. They are the change-makers, the innovators, and the leaders who will shape a more prosperous and equitable Ethiopia. We aim to equip Ethiopian youth with the vision, skills, and ethical foundation necessary to become impactful leaders, problem-solvers, and agents of positive change, driving sustainable development and cultivating "Generation Hope." We achieve this by providing leadership training, skill-building workshops, mentorship programs, and practical projects focused on environmental stewardship, economic empowerment, and social justice.
