About Excellous Group

The Excellous Group is a 100% Black women-owned, privately held organisation with cross-sector expertise. We partner with clients to deliver meaningful, lasting transformation—not just short-term projects. At Excellous, we see every business challenge as an opportunity to walk a journey of growth with our clients. Our approach is built around three core pillars: ✔ A holistic focus on the full transformation process—strategy, people, and organisational alignment ✔ A commitment to delivering real, measurable business value ✔ Sustainable, continuous transformation that becomes part of your organisational DNA We operate through three specialist divisions: 🔹 Consulting – Strategic advisory and transformation planning 🔹 Projects – Hands-on implementation and capacity building 🔹 Services – Tailored support to drive compliance and operational excellence Our greatest achievement isn't measured in awards—but in the lives and organisations we've helped shape. A proud example is our work with Khulisa in launching the High Performance Computing Academy in 2015, empowering disadvantaged youth with specialised tech skills and sustainable employment. At Excellous, we believe transformation is more than compliance—it’s the key to inclusive, future-focused growth.
