About Executive Connect Club

Executive Connect is a pioneering platform with a unique focus on humanizing leadership through the art of storytelling. Founded on the pillars of Connection, Leadership, Inclusion & Diversity and Learning, our forum stands as a beacon for building strong relationships and driving impactful leadership. Continuously engaging diverse leaders to share their personal stories and insights during the executive connect sessions, Connect creates a platform for authentic and impactful storytelling while emphasizing the ethos of “as we rise, we lift”. Rooted in the local word “Romo,” symbolizing ‘A place of connection,’ EC facilitates networking opportunities, workshops, and collaborative partnerships that encourage leaders to connect, learn from each other, and collectively drive transformative change in their leadership practices.
