EXEDY Corporation is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of manual and automatic transmission-related automobile components. The Company has two business segments. The Manual Transmission (MT) Related segment provides clutch discs, clutch covers and two-mass flywheels, among others. The Automatic Transmission (AT) Related segment provides torque converters and automatic transmissions parts. The others business provides power shift transmissions and related parts, torque converters, brakes, retarders and mechanical equipment, among others. This segment also provides transportation services.
