About Exquando

Exquando designs, transforms and operates your infoSystem. For over 15 years, we’ve been helping private and public organisations rethink how they manage and govern their infoSystems, making their information more structured, reliable and relevant. The "infoSystem" concept is a holistic, dynamic view of how information, technology, rules, and people interact within an organisation, drawing on systems thinking principles. 🔂 A unique approach: the InfoSystem Model Canvas (IMC) : At the heart of our methodology is the IMC, a canvas we’ve developed from years of hands-on experience. We activate it at the Design phase, when the foundations of an efficient information ecosystem are built. ⚙️ Our service offering: Design – Transform – Operate Whether your entry point is AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction), EIM (Enterprise Information Management) or IAP (Information Asset Preservation), our method adapts to your context: -Design: Our infoSystem architects help you analyse your current structure, map your information flows and define clear governance models. -Transform: Our infoSystem engineers implement the changes, select and integrate tools, draft your policies and train your teams. -Operate: we operate your infoSystem daily, from information and document management and control to archiving and compliance. Because we are fully independent, we can work freely with all existing Electronic Document and Information Management Systems and provide unbiased advices. 🤝 At Exquando, people come first. Our consultants are fully involved in the Design, Transform and Operate phases, working hand-in-hand with your teams to maintain the trustworthiness of your infoSystem. We empower organisations to make better decisions by allowing them to access reliable, structured information thanks to a well-governed infoSystem.
