Eye Care for Detroit (ECFD) delivers comprehensive mobile vision care to homebound seniors who can't access traditional clinics. Our mobile optometry and ophthalmology teams bring eye exams, disease detection, and same-day eyeglasses directly to patients' homes—eliminating transportation and mobility barriers. Since 2022, we've served 1,500+ homebound Detroit seniors. Recently awarded $500,000 by Michigan Health Endowment Fund, we're positioning to expand statewide as Eye Care for Michigan in 2026.
