FabInvest is a Fractional Real Estate Investment Platform that Invests in prime Real estate projects as an Investment Partner. We acquire share in the project i.e flats/villas at base pricing, typically at 30–40% discount on current market rates. These assets are held through the construction phase and exited post completion (2–3 years) to generate capital appreciation. Our upfront discounted acquisition strategy creates a strong margin of safety and delivers significant upside potential, translating into attractive risk-adjusted returns for our investors.
