About Fabricon Modular

Fabricon Modular is an innovative modular construction provider designed to bring the speed, scalability, and strategic savings of modern modular construction solutions to educational groups and districts, state and municipal government agencies, industrial and logistical businesses, and the rapidly evolving retail, restaurant, and consumer services marketplace. As a full-service dealer and contractor, Fabricon designs, sells, leases, installs and services modular buildings for customers where needed, when needed. It primarily services the Southeast and Sun Belt regions of the United States with select export services abroad. Our operations are conveniently and strategically headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida with an on-the-ground presence of team members throughout three branch locations, and affiliate national relationships. Today’s dynamic construction and facilities environments require a comprehensive dealer approach for any modular need. As a full-service provider, Fabricon is able to guide projects from design, planning and permitting, to financing, manufacturing and installation. Choose from standard stock floor plan options, or customize a complete building system for more unique requirements.
