About Fairbanks Resource Agency

Fairbanks Resource Agency (FRA) is a nonprofit human services organization based in Fairbanks, Alaska, dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, seniors, and families. Our mission is to promote independence, inclusion, and quality of life through person-centered services and community-based support. FRA provides a wide range of programs, including residential services, day habilitation, senior services, employment support, and community integration. We work alongside individuals and their families to build skills, foster meaningful relationships, and create opportunities for people to live as independently as possible within their communities.
